This pattern is for Long Sleeved Boleros, one with a Frill edge and the other loop st. edge. They are made mainly with DK yarn with a Shimmer yarn Trim. Knitted in stocking stitch with 4mm needles. Sizes 61-107cm (24-42ins), childrens age 4-5 through to Audult size 20. Quantities of yarn vary by size & type used, each size requires only one ball of shimmer (click here for Shimmer) and between 2 to 5 x 100g balls of Wendy DK with wool.
