Easy Crochet Critters - #75266
This is a such a cute books from Leisure Arts crochet, there are 10 fab critters to make: Elephant, Hippo, Monkey, Giraffe, Alligator, Lion, Seal, Walrus, Snowy Owl & Penguin,10 amigurumi designs.
Designs are made using Vannas Choice Yarns from Lion Brand, which is a US Meduim #4 - Worsted weight yarn, this is UK Aran weight. Crochet hook size G-6 (4.25mm) G-6 is know as a 4.00mm in the UK and I would recomend using a 4.00mm for Aran weight yarn. If you can't get hold of Vanna's choice yarn or a suitable Aran weight yarn, these animals will work well in a DK yarn but remember to go down a size of hook to 3.50mm.
Book includes general instructions including; Abbreviations, Crochet terminology US to UK, Yarn table, Crochet Hook conversion and basic stitch techniques including diagrams.
