P&P Rates (Shipping rates) 

I have a set rate of P&P (S&H) for items purchased. If you are from the United Kingdom the P&P will be £1.99 even if it is 10 balls of Yarn or maybe one pattern. For Europe and Rest of World see below.

Orders are normally dispatched between 2-5 days after payment has been received, please email after this time and not before asking if your order has been dispatched. When you order is dispatched a notification email will be sent. If you require your order quickly please use the £5.99 tracking option (UK only).

Standard P&P to: 

United Kingdom = £1.99 (2-5 working days)

UK Tracked = £5.99 (Parcels under 2kg will be sent Special Delivery and parcels over 2kg will be sent by 1st Recorded). If you choose this option your order will be given priority and posted as soon as possible, usually one working day after purchase. If your order weights over 2kg and you would like your parcel sent by Special Delivery please complete 2 seperate orders.

Europe & South Ireland Tracked = £8.99 (7-10 working days) 

Rest of the World Tracked = £12.49 (7-28 working days)

Please note I can only send items to the address that was completed at checkout. Please check that your email address and the postal address is completed correctly before submitting payment. I can not be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incomplete or wrong address given.

Europe & S Ireland customers - Please note I can only send items under 1.5kg in weight for one parcel, I am happy to accept 2 seperate orders if you would like to order over that weight. Due to items going missing I only send items to Europe using Royal Mail International signed for.

USA & the Rest of World - Please note I can only send items under 1kg in weight for one parcel, I am happy to accept 2 seperate orders if you would like to order over that weight. Due to items going missing I only send items to Rest of World using Royal Mail International Signed For. Sorry I am unable to send items to Korea due to problems with parcels going missing.

If you purchase over these weights your order will be refunded. Placing 2 or more orders is cheaper than using an international courier. If you choose the wrong delivery option for your country the order will be refunded.

VAT is 20% where applicable, we currently do not refund VAT for orders outside the European Union.

I receive a lot of letters asking for a catalogue sorry I am online only and do not have a catologue.

Before contacting me by letter please note I only accept online orders.

If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder or deleted box before emailing. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by email. Orders are usually received within 7 days so please email after 7 working days from order date. We are unable to answers emails before this time. 

If your goods have not turned up shortly after your dispatched notification has been sent, please ensure that the parcel has not been left somewhere at your address, left with neighbour, returned to Royal Mail Office or left at local Post Office before contacting me.

I accept Credit or Debit Card & PayPal using a secure checkout. I only accept payments in £'s Sterling. Sorry I can no longer accept cheques, do not send cheques or postal orders.
