P&P Rates (Shipping rates)

I have a set rate of P&P (S&H) for items purchased. If you are from the United Kingdom the P&P will be £1.99 even if it is 10 balls of Yarn or maybe one pattern. For Europe and Rest of World see below.

Orders are normally dispatched between 2-5 days after payment has been received, please do not email before this time asking if your order has been dispatched. When you order is dispatched a notification email will be sent. If you require your order quickly please use the £5.99 tracking option (UK only).

Standard P&P to: 

United Kingdom = £1.99 (2-5 working days) 

Europe & South Ireland = £4.49 (7-10 working days) 

Rest of the world = £7.99 (7-28 working days)

Postage cost with Tracking:

UK Tracked = £5.99 (Parcels under 1kg will be sent Special Delivery and parcels over 1kg will be sent by 1st Recorded). If you choose this option your order will be given priority and posted as soon as possible, usually one working day after purchase.

Europe Tracked = £8.49,

Rest of World Tracked £11.99, 

Please note I can only send items to the address that was completed at checkout. Please check that your email address and the postal address is completed correctly before submitting payment. I can not be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incomplete or wrong address given.

Europe & S Ireland customers - Please note I can only send items under 1.2kg in weight for the standard £4.49 shipping rate, I am happy to accept 2 seperate orders so the items can be sent in 2 parcels. The max weight that can be sent by Airmail is 2kg. Europe Tracking is £8.49 and items will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. Due to problems with the Italian postal service, orders from Italy must use the tracked option.

USA & the Rest of World - Please note I can only send items under 1kg in weight for the standard £7.99 shipping rate, I am happy to accept 2 seperate orders so the items can be sent in 2 parcels. The max weight that can be sent by Airmail is 2kg. Rest of World Tracking is £11.99 and items will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. Sorry I am unable to send items to Korea due to problems with parcels going missing.

If you purchase over these weights your order will be refunded. Placing 2 or more orders is cheaper than using an international courier.

If your goods have not turned up shortly after your dispatched notification has been sent, please ensure that the parcel has not been left somewhere at your address, left with neighbour, returned to Royal Mail Office or left at local Post Office before contacting me.

I accept Credit or Debit Card & PayPal using a secure checkout. I also accept Cheque or Postal Order (£'s Sterling only) payable to Linda Smith. I do not accept Local Authority Vouchers but I am happy to accept a cheque from Schools & Clubs. Cheques & Crossed Postal Orders will require up to 7 days to clear. I only accept payments in £'s Sterling.
