How do I collect my loyalty points?
When you buy from us at Purplelinda Crafts you will automatically be awarded loyalty points. You can see how many points you will be awarded at the checkout. Once your order is completed and despatched your loyalty points will be added to your account. Please note that you must be registered with an account and be logged in to collect your points. If you don't already have an account you can create one here or on the Order Complete page after placing an order.
How much are my loyalty points worth?
1 loyalty point will be awarded for every £1.00 spent (excluding delivery). Each point is worth 1p.
How do I spend my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are redeemable against future orders, you will need a minimum of 100 points equal to £1.00 before you can redeem your points. When you add products to your shopping basket and go through to 'View cart and checkout' there will be an option to redeem your points.
Terms and conditions
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value. If your order is not completed then your loyalty points for that order will not be awarded to your account. Any orders that have been refunded will have the loyalty points for that particular order deducted.
